The GYPSI MOTEL is an invitation to dandies, nomadic workers and sneakerheads, not forgetting devotees of spirituality and the occult; all in 900 square meters, where the wandering mood takes us on a journey from Bolinas to Bali, via the Saint-Ouen flea market.
Here all the encounters, the journeys and the universes are warmly joined.
Tucked away on a perpendicular off the Champs-Elysées, GYPSI MOTEL plays the marginal card, with an identity that borrows as much from gypsy myth as from New Age bohemianism.
Hybrid and free of codes, this variable-geometry landmark is at once a bar, a restaurant, an art gallery and a concept store.
To complete the picture, add a moving cabaret, and even a fortune-teller in her trailer that has stood the test of time.

For this new season, the chef Mohammed Si Abdelkader (Top Chef M6 Season 5 and Middle East) takes over the kitchens of the Parisian restaurant. All Paris says it: the Gypsi Motel is the trendy restaurant of the 8th district of the capital. With a perfect balance, we keep the unusual side of the restaurant with the original flavors of the menu. At the Gypsi Motel restaurant, everything is, like Paris, about travel and sharing. The bohemian style of this unusual place makes the restaurant an original and trendy place just a step away from the Champs Elysées.
"When the service is great, it's not human. And when the place is festive, the food is bad." At Gypsi we want to break these codes by taking up the challenge.
To achieve this, the Gypsi Motel offers a unique culinary experience from appetizers to desserts through a multitude of varied dishes that will satisfy everyone's desires. The supply adopts the locavore movement, valorizes the short circuits, the organic, the small producers and craftsmen. The menus are regularly renewed, according to the time of day and the season. Finally, sharing is in the spotlight with dishes to be enjoyed by several people for even more conviviality. In good position to impress the taste buds: the succulent chuck of beef cooked for 7 hours, its crispy poached egg and its chestnut butter and honey velouté, without forgetting the peach of the day on a bed of piperade cooked with banana leaf... or the traditional shoulder of lamb to be shared with spices that only the chef has the secret... From the East to the West, Chef Mohammed Si Abdelkader, best apprentice in France, has been in the spotlight all over the world, and it is in this festive and trendy restaurant on the Champs Elysées that he has decided to make his home.

The cocktail menu is entrusted to Julian, a leading alchemist who focuses on the essentials, with classic long drinks and a few signature titles made from 100% natural artisanal preparations.

Combine the warmth of the Parisian independent scene with the most talented artists of the French scene, and you get the Gypsi Motel live shows. In addition to being a trendy place, the Gypsi Motel is also a dance bar a few steps away from the Champs Elysées. Singers and live musicians join forces to offer you a quality show with international music, with style, elegance, but above all, talent. You will want to dance and hum along with our artists who make the Gypsi Motel even more unusual than it already is. From 7:30 pm, the Parisian stage of the Gypsi Motel is set on fire. Live music and DJ sets follow one another, when it is not the service which makes its show. In this original and soulful place, from the room to the kitchen, everyone has talent and makes up a unique troupe.

A little occult and soon to be cult, the Gypsi Motel label settles on a fashion that combines sense and style to both genres. The young creation serves as a driver for this selection marked by ethnic symbols, hippie icons and references to shamanism. Here again, it is a question of otherness and encounters with findings that draw connections between the Maghreb and Mexico, India and the Middle East.
Amidst the cards, talismans and white sage, ultra-stylish hats from Tulum, kimonos from Lebanon, stones and jewelry from Rajasthan, vintage luxury bags and the latest collections from some of the Marais' most famous names stand out in a 150 square meter space. And to keep your feet on the ground, the big names in sneakers are on hand in a dedicated corner.
